Richard Grayson is one of fifty people from across national politics and civil society to have called on the postal dispute to go to ACAS, the independent arbitration service.

Hemel's Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate, Dr Richard Grayson said, "This dispute may bring a central part of our national communications to its knees. It also risks doing fatal damage to a universal postal service in the form of the Royal Mail. It's essential to get all sides round the table talking now."

Those signing the statement, organised by Compass, include a number of MPs, academics and trade unionists, and other well-known figures such as the actor and broadcaster Tony Robinson.
