The Wave3.13.00pm GMT Fri 20th Nov 2009 The Wave is a demonstration taking place outside Parliament on December 5th ahead of the Copenhagen talks. There will be a Lib Dem presence at the March beforehand & at the Wave. The meeting place will be at Upper Brook Street at 11.15am, leaving Grosvenor Square at 12 noon on Saturday 5th December.
