Belswains Green is hidden no more

Belswains Green is a collection of council retirement bungalows. 

For many years problems of poor signage and cars parked in front of the street signs meant ambulances and delivery drivers had difficulty finding them. 

Cllr Dave Deacon meet some of the residents we came up with a plan to improve signage together with a new special location code for the emergency services to find the community. 

The new signage was installed in March much to the delight of residents. Cllr Dave Deacon said “I am glad that we have put the local community back on the map”.
