Hertfordshire's Lib Dem Police and Crime Commissioner candidate Chris White has condemned the Home Secretary's proposals in her speech on Thursday to expand the role of Police and Crime Commissioners.
Voting started on Monday 25 January 2016 and will run until the end of the school day on Friday 12th February 2016.
